Yesterday I started exercising again, doing crunches, lunges, etc... well last night when I lied down I felt my stomach and right above my belly button was swollen, it doesn't hurt but when I breathed it moved, sort of like it was trapped gas. Well anyways, this morning it was still there so I took some gas relief medicine, and nothing. It's still there. When I'm lying flat I can feel it with my hand, but when I flex my muscle it goes away. Could it just be inflamed?
