I'm a college student, so i'm always afraid i'm gonna miss something going on, i want to experience everything.

Basically this is my sleeping schedule

Monday - about 5-6 hours of sleep at the most (class in morning)

teusday - about 9-11 hours of sleep (off day)

Wednsday - about 5-6 hours of sleep at the most (class in morning)

Thursday- about 9-11 hours of sleep (class in late afternoon)

Friday - about 5-6 hours of sleep at most (class in morning)

Saturday - about 9-11 hours of sleep (off day)

Sunday - about 5-6 hours of sleep (Football's on so i have to wake up early for that!)


SO, basically i am getting 5-6 hours of sleep half the time and 9-11 hours of sleep the other half, is this really unhealthy for me, or not that big a deal? i know i should be getting about 7-8 hours per night, is sleeping more than that bad for you?
