Need help to fight candy =( any tips and/or opinions on my diet?
im 14, 5.1 and 115 pounds - i wanna be like 100
how did i do today? i was too tired to do sports, but i usually do from 3-5 hours a week (3 of them come from tennis tennis), also i do 50 squats every morning
breakfast
1 piece toast + spoon apple sauce + a little bit of peanutbutter (it took less then half of the toast thinly spread...)
small fruit smoothie (120 kcals)
coffee no sugar
lunch
banana milk (kind of like smoothie + milk) 330 kcals
dinner
grilled seabass + lots of broccoli
my parents bought my favorite apple pie.... its so delicios... how do i resist it?
because i dont feel like exercising - haven't slept much and also last night i ate 850 calories worth of banana chips..... just kind of happened... =( im trying to lose weight so yeah... id like to hear any tips and opinions
