    Typically, high protein foods are also high in what energy-yielding nutrient?

    I need help on this nutrition question..Thank you

    Ummm....protein?

    There are three "energy yielding" nutrients....protein, carbohydrates and fats. Also, alcohol, but that's not a normal energy producing pathway.

    That's probably not the answer you are looking for but only because the question is worded incorrectly.
