I started out at 174,and have dropped to 156 on good days. Sometimes I retain fluid and I weigh 158. I am really wanting to get down to 135, and I am almost there. I am so determined now to stick with a diet and go with it. If I eat yogurt for breakfast, and tuna fish for lunch, and like a baked potato for dinner, with very little butter,and eat fruit in the mix, and get on the treadmill everyday and burn like 430 calories, will I start to see an improvement again?I lost like 18 pounds in a month and a half. Will I be able to do it again with the diet?
