is cutting out red meats and all beverages except water going to be beneficial to my diet/workout regimen?
All the other drinks, besides water, have sugar and all those artificial sweetners, and with all that sugar comes weight gain. So cutting that out is very important. The red meat is also good. It has more fat than the other meats, just make sure you get your protein from somewhere else. Good Luck!
