im 20, 5'4'' and weigh 145, i would like to weigh about 135ish by New Years.

I will be exercising about 3-5 times a week and eating better and smaller portions.
and no soda, just water or crystal light.
what other kind of foods are great for weightloss?
and is an exercise video which i do arobic walking 3 miles a good exercise plan with crunches as well?
