Okay so i'm 5'5, medium bone structure and 135lbs. I just started jogging 4 days a week for 1 mile a day there is some incline on the run. I do like to eat a lot, i come from a family that eats tons. My typical meals are:
Breakfast:
Cheerios or Waffles
Lunch:
Tuna Fish or Turkey sandwich or sometimes pizza
Dinner:
Variety but we normally always have meat, vegetables, mashed potatoes, gravy, sometimes bread.
Snack:

Apple, chips, couple of brownies, chocolate

sometimes even eat more than that. any excercises or eating help would be appreciated. i don't want to spend money seeing that i'm only 15. i want to do everything naturally...if you could tell me how long it would take to lose around 25lbs that would help too. thanks in advance!
