healthy eating plan that I can follow? I'm 27 y.o. and currently i weigh 167 lbs. I'm trying to lose at least 15 to 20lbs. so that i can enter a healthy weight range. I'm seeing results with my upper body, but i still have the flabby gut. I don't drink much water, but i do take multivitamin supplements. I eat salads and plenty of vegestables. I also drink soda alot as well. Is there a substitution for soda. Finally, is there anyway that i can eat my favorite foods but in a healthier way? Thanks.
