Im trying to loose a little bit of weight off my face and stomach. Everywhere else i have decent muscle mass and definition. Im tryin to loose a little bit of weight off my stomach and face and at the same time not loose so much muscle. If anything im trying to gain more muscle. It is hard to gain muscle with alot of running. Im willing to try anything... different exercizes or eating differently. I dont eat alot of junk food or take in too many calories for my size. I need some tips
