I know that muscles need a day of rest every once in a while but is this true for abs too. If so, do i have to have sore abs the next day in order for a workout to worth it? If I do lots of workouts, plus weight, but the next day my abs have recovered and don't hurt, was it still a good workout. I already have pretty strong abs, so I wondered if maybe they recover faster than normal. Still does anyone have an insane ab workout that they use.(please only put it if it is very advanced)
