    is this truely healthy?

    if i eat 4 times a day small portions lets say 2-3 of them are slads with little light dressing and then a lean meat for dinner with a veggie and drink green tea or 1% milk when im thirsty
    and lift light weights for about 20 minutes or so

    will this help lose weight since im skinny but want to loose the little bit of a gut i have

    I think this is healthy, but you should add some carbohydrates into your diet. As this will provide you with energy throughout the day.
