Hello. I'm going to a gym and walk/run on the treadmill to drop my weight. I want to know the best way to use the treadmill to make the weight losing process much more faster.

I alter between walking and runing of 5 mins for each after 20 mins of fast walking. I keep myself on the treadmill for 30-35 mins.

Please tell me the way to use the treadmil to get the best result. I do both walking and runing. how long should I walk and how long should i run?
