I have a sleeping problem (I sleep for about 9 hours). I stay in bed till late in the morning upto 8:30am. Because of this everything gets delayed at home(Iam not working). We end up eating late breakfast…late lunch and my daughter also ends up having late meals. My husband is so irritated with me because of this. Every night I make up my mind to get up early next day, but every morning is late as usual. Iam so mad at myself for this and I don’t know what to do. I feel very miserable that my husband and my baby are suffering because of me. Now even my baby has started getting up late in the morning. Actually she gets up along with me. Iam worried that she will also develop this habbit. Can somebody pl help me to get rid of this problem.
