    Toning up your bum and thighs exercises?

    I'm a size 8,but would still like to tone up my bum and thighs a bit,whats the best way to do this at home?As my local gym has shut down just now for refurbishment.Also,how long before i notice results?

    Just clench your bum and hold for as long as possible. You can do this while your chatting to the boss, anywhere really.
