hi guys im 17 around 5 ft 10 and weight about 13 and half stone
is this over weight? i look over weight and i have been picked on because of this

i have quite broad shoulders which makes this look worse

i have x2 2kg weights but i dont like them there small and arnt to heavy but my arms get tired after about 50 of these i do around 50-60 a day but im not sure if its improving or not... any suggestions? im not in any gyms or anything i dont have any other weights ATM..

im not sure if i want to join a gym or not as i dont know what to do and stuff like what machines to use ect.. so

also iv got man boobs quite bad ones to and i dont know why this is as a while ago we got weighted in shchool andanother boy was like 13 / 12 stone and he looked thin and he was suprized that he was near my weight.. so any comments would be great thanks and sorry for spelling mistakes ect thankss
