I am a 6ft, 20 year old male I just feel knackered all the time and have had a low sex drive for quite some time .I've had iron/thyroid checked but it seems fine. My iron levels dropped a couple of years ago, but it's fine now. Basically the docs say all my levels are healthy.

My average day is sat in an office...I don't do any sports but I walk at least 2hrs in total each day and cycle to and from the station each day.

Food wise on an average day I have:

Breakfast: bowl of oats/museli, pear

Lunch: beans/tomato/tuna dish, salad
and an apple.

Dinner: Whatever my mum cooks. Home cooked food....something like a stir fry, beef stew, chilli con carne, ratatouille, pasta, veg curry etc. ect.

Another pear before bed.


I drink alot of tea and coffee milk no sugar through the day and have a glass of wine or a beer or two every now and then.

If anyone could suggest any ideas that would be great. I hear cardio helps boost energy levels, but I feel way too exhausted after I get back from work I just wanna sleep.
