Thread: Tiny tiny bit of blood in stool?

I ate a lot today and ive been bloated. No im not fat lol. But yeah i had a tiny little strip of blood in my stool. Any cause for concern? What could have caused it? Also what is the normal color for stools.

Sometimes if you have been constipated, have a large or hard stool it may cause some blood, so I wouldnt worry about it. If there were a lot then that would be a different story. stool should be a brownish color and soft and formed. Of course it isnt always perfect but You have no need to be worried. If it gets worse then go get checked by a doctor. good luck.
