Thread: tingling in back that runs through chest?

I have back pain all the time (i'm 21). There is this weird tingling that runs from my mid back on the center-left side that runs up through to directly below my left pec (chest muscle). I'm wondering if this is the cause of my pain. it worsens when I do certain weight exercises (like dips). Anyone know what this stupid nerve or whatever is? it runs up my latissimus dorsi (back) and directly below my left pec

i went to the doc but ima get a 2nd opinion. for right now i'm trying to diagnose myself...its so hard!
