    thighs thickening... need help ?

    I have been working out for almost 3wks... AND the only thing that is happening is my thighs are getting bigger... lol and my butt firmer.... but I would like to notice some kind of weight loss...

    I keep reading about eating a big breakfast... what constitutes a big breakfast and do i eat the breakfast after I work out or before...

    well alright i take it you are not a size 0 or 00 or 000 (if possiable) and i say try riding a bike! to painful try going to a gym but eat a medium breakfast before. but wait a little after you eat ...i consider a banana and ceral orange juice and lots of water maybe 1 slice of toast and just relax get some energy to go to the gym and plz stay confident about relationships and public...go to the gym do your day then after supper go for a nice light walk byyourself with friends or with a soulmate. have fun and let me know what happens
