There is something wrong with my eyes...?

Occasionally (every few days or so) I get sharp, stinging pain in both eyes, usually for a period of two to five minutes. They don't get bloodshot or puffy, they just hurt a lot and then it goes away. It had only been happening first thing in the morning (within ten minutes of getting up) but today it happened after work while I was driving and I had to pull over and wait it out. It's worrying me because I'm afraid it'll start happening more often while I'm driving. Anyone have an idea as to what it is? (Again: Sharp stinging pain in both eyes, tearing, no puffiness or redness)

It could be some odd sort of mirgrane -I recently found out that you can have a migrane without headpain...weird huh? But you should still get checked out because it could be something more ...never mess with your eyes!
