    Is there a small tampon that will absorb a heavy flow?

    well I want to stop wearing pads cause they kind of give me a rash down there :[
    but I have a quite a heavy flow I would need to get like a giant tampon but I don't think I will be able to fit it in there :[

    please help :/

    sorry, all the heavy flow or "super" tampons are going to be about the same size. they will fit though, it shouldn't be too much different than a regular sized tampon. just relax when you're putting it in. you'll be fine!

    jusst try it out and it will probably work

    I actually LOVE using O.B. tampons for this reason. The ultra heavy flow ones (the purple box) are great for...well...extremely heavy flows!! The only downside to O.B. tampons is that they don't have an applicator so your finger can be a bit bloody but nothing that water and soap won't wash off! Plus I find that the string that is used does not irritate like some other brands.
