Ok well i just came out of wrestling practice. In it, i did not get enough sleep. I also do MMA and had this symptom as well.When the coach starts yelling out the moves and drills its literally like if they go out the other ear and i don't understand a thing. When i get my full sleep, I pass it through like nothing and its a good plan. I know that if i dont get enough sleep i will start to forget and many more things.But when i do live wrestling its as if i had gotten my sleep but it felt like i was not doing the job, it felt like a backup source and it was filling in for me. (no it was not adrenaline) So if you know anything about it a answer would be nice. Thanks.
