I broke my shoulder & dislocated my humorous about 7 years ago.. I was told I would never have full mobility in that shoulder again.. I always thought I did have, until about a year ago when I realised I didn't have full mobility when I moved my arm backwards.. But as you don't do this much, it didn't bother me.. But about a year ago, doing other things did.. When for example my arm is moved back (like my boyfriend finding it hilarious to pretend to arrest me), it's absolute agony.. I can't do my bra up from the back, can't apply cream to my back with that arm, can't have a scratch. Is this pain in the bone or muscle? It feels like the bone. A few weeks ago I was playing cricket & must of swung my arm back too far.. Now I can't open doors, staple/hole punch anything at work.. I can't lean on it.. Even stepping down a curb jogs it & makes it hurt.. Is there any point going to the Dr or will he just say I've pulled a muscle and to rest??
