I have tendinitis in both my knees it has been bothering me since high school, I used to play alot of sports. Now I am starting to workout again and it is begining to bother me a lot again. I have been told in the past that only thing that I can really do is ice and ibeuprofen. A few of my family members suggested that I try accupuncture, but I'm not a big fan of needles. An ideas or advice??
