Breafast - whole wheat bran cereal with a slice of whole wheat bread wit 2tps on reduced fat peanut butter.
snack - apple
Lunch - subway sandwhich turkey breast I ate half the sandwhich and some fat free chips.
snack - an apple and yogurt
dinner - ground mean with white rice and some veggies - carrots and potatoes.
Drank water the whole day, and Im going to do some exersices.
