I am 16 and weigh 10 stone. I eat from 100-120 grams of protein per day (Including milk) I am working out 3 times a week at the gym for the month of August (Mon,Wed,Fri). From september to June I am working out at the gym twice a week (Wed,Fri) I will also get a barbell and dumbbell workout done at home on sundays from september to june. I was wondering if i will get good bodybuilding results.
