I know we should all drink lots of water, but I HATE drinking it most of the time. I love iced tea and I make it with tea bags and use splenda as the sweetener. Water is best, I know, but having to force myself to drink it instead of the tea actually upsets my stomach and makes me nauseous. I drink some water and have cut out almost all soda (diet) except for one at dinner time.

I stick to a low sodium diet (most of the time lol) and I am sensitive to salt even in small amounts. So I retain water mostly in my feet.

What are your thoughts?
