So, I used to have some type of insomnia...it was like, I would be really tired whenever I would be doing something, but when I went to lay down and get some rest, I would immediately become hyper the minute my head hit the pillow. Well, Recently I've switched from this, to sleeping all the time. Literally - if no one bothered to wake me up, I could probably sleep for a good week >.< It seems like no matter how much I sleep, I'm always constantly sluggish and tired.
This doesn't really have anything to do with my question but, things like medicine and whatnot that say they will make you sleepy always make me hyper, and energy drinks and things to make you awake make me fall asleep.
Is this normal? Is there any way to calm down my brain whenever I get hyper so that I can just go to sleep without any problems?
