so summer is in a month or two, and i reeeeally wanna look good in a swimsuit so i don't feel ashamed walking around half-naked. i like to stick with one-pieces, but i guess that's just my insecurity. i am 15 and about 140-145 pounds. i go running three days a week for about 30 minutes a day and i have been doing this for about 2 months. at the moment, i don't do any ab exercises. my legs have built a lot of muscle by doing my cardio exercises, but i have the oh so famous "pooch". i have tried crunches, etc in the past, but they don't seem to work. my ribs make my upper body seem very wide and awkward. even when i stand up straight you can tell that they are oddd. i just don't know what to do. all i drink is water; no soda, nothing else. sometimes i drink milk, but that's it. i eat very healthy everyday. any tips?
