So, I was steadily losing weight about a a month ago. I dropped down to 119 and was very proud of myself. But suddenly I started gaining weight, now I weight 138
But the thing is, I look the same as I did when I was 119 pounds.

I exercise every day and have been eating healthier for about 6 months.

What's going on?


Please help me on this, I feel terrible. I don't want to go above the 140 mark.

for a small question - what can I do to decrease the fat in my hips and thighs? This is mainly wear my fat is.
