ive lost 10 lbs or so in the last 6 wks or so but ive been the same weight now for a few weeks, i cant lose anymore! i have insulin resistance and i know it makes it harder, but what am i doing wrong!? i eat grilled chicken, salads, a little fruit. i dont eat junk or candy or many carbs. when i do have a carb it's whole wheat. help i am about to give up it is so frustrating. ive got 100 lbs to lose
