strength training and weight gain?
I notice that after a strength training for three days on the trot my weight has gone up from 74 to 75 KG. I want to build up some muscles so that I can reduce my weight faster. Instead I am gaining weight. I am on a stringent diet, no sugar, no cold drinks, no junk food. Only fruits and rice made dish...biryani. I skip my lunch. I have my breakfast and dinner. That's my eating routine. Plus, I do my HIIT work out daily but strength training on alternative days. My aim is to reduce 8-10 KG in two months.
