I am thirteen so I cant buy any huge workout equipment or anything but I want to tone up my stomach. It is pretty flat already but I want it to be tight. I love to work out when I am bored but I dont know any thing that I can do to tone up my stomach. Any suggestions?

It wold also be alright if someone gave me a link that list diifferent ways I could. Rember I cant Buy equipment. The gym options arent going to work either because you have to 15 or older around where i live to get in.
