I've been having a stomach pain all today.
I know what it is. I couldn't eat much yesterday,
and this morning, I ate little bit more than I usually do for breakfast. I had orange juice, 2 mini (2.5 inch) bagels with sugar free jam. hmm.. than before I went to school I grabbed a nutrigram (cereal bar). than at lunch, I had a small turkey sandwich. and when i got home, i ate 1/2 of 6" ham subway. than my stomach hurted throughout the day, so i decieded not to eat dinner.
I know that it's because I ate all of a sudden, and alot of portions.. I should of had soup or some yogurt before I eat.. I didn't have anyone to make me soup and ran out of time for school.
When I stretch my upperbody, i could feel sore form my stomache, and it really bothers me..

so i decieded to do some cardio workouts, jump roping, and yoga for about 2 hours now.. it was very painful so i stopped and i'm writing this right now...
please help.. what should i do to make this pain go away? thanks!
