    Is staying up late and sleeping in bad for you?

    Is it bad to be staying up to say 4 am and then sleeping in to about 3 pm? I mean it is 11 hours of sleep...

    Eh it throws off your sleep pattern, your wasting half the day, it changes the chemical responses in your body which overtime can be harmful.

    naw! i do it to! i mean it could jeopardize your metabolism, meaning you might gain some weight. but other than that its just the way your mid is programmed!
