I stupidly took a nap Monday from 2PM to about 8PM+ and now my schedule is backwards for Christmas. Help, is there any chance I can get to sleep or do I have to tough out 20 or so hours to fix this. : (

yeah
just dont take naps and dont sleep during the day
go to sleep now and wake up at like 11 so you can get at least 6 hours of sleep and then go to bed tonight around 9 or so
