Hi, I work out everyday and for my cardio I stick to the stationary bike because its hard to run in the city and I pretty much hate any other kind of cardio. Well on my bike it has 4 workouts to choose from and each one ranges from resistance levels of 4 to 9. I do at least 15 miles a day, but my problem is that everytime I'm just trying to lose weight I end up gaining bulky legs. I've always had big calves and I HATE it. So I was wondering if I keep the resistance on 1 or 2 instead of higher will this result in slimmer legs without so much muscle? I'm all for girls with muscles but I just think big muscular legs are disgusting on me. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
