    starting to get sick, how to prevent it...?

    i think i'm starting to get a cold. right now i have a slightly sore throat, yesterday i had body pain, and earlier today i had a slightly stuffy nose

    i have a tournament at school mid-next week so i need to feel better. what should i do? take medicine? what kind?

    Rest, drink lots of tea and OJ. Take some pineapple or Vitamin C supplements.

    increase your intake of vitamin C and drink LOTS of water. hope you feel well soon!
