I have been told to stay away from as much dairy as possible as I get blockages in my sinuses and funny little lumpy growths on my face which I have been told is from eating too much dairy.

I have swapped from skim milk over to light soy milk but I really don't know anything about soy.

Is it really better for me? Are there any downsides to drinking soy milk?


I normally just have it in my coffee and breakfast cereal so I'm not consuming too much of it on a daily basis.
