I have been struggling to stay at a normal weight since I was about 12 years old.

I tried the Brown Rice Diet a while ago, which worked wonders.... that is, until I came off of it and ballooned almost immediately.

I hear that this South Beach Diet is more a lifestyle that you have to program yourself into, instead of a temporary thing that you come off of.

Has anyone tried this before? Does it come out with good results?
