Okay well I'm starting with a small goal and that is a 2 week strict diet!!! I'm going to eat 3 small meals a day about the size of my palm including baked chicken or fish for protein! I plan to do cardio (aerobic) for about an hour and a half everyday!!! I will walk about 45 mins everyday and do some weight training for about 20 mins everyday!!!! I also plan to do about 30 sit ups!!!! I will drink only water. I'm about 270 pounds! How much weight can I lose if i do this for 2 weeks straight!!!!
