    Someone help me how to prevent leg/calf cramps?!!!?

    Hi ya'll. I'm a basketball player and i get calf cramps ALL THE DAMN TIME!!. I eat well, stretch, eat bananas, drink lots of fluids, and used bengay and icy hot. NOTHING WORKS. I get them anyways. I don't know how to stop getting these painful cramps. Does anyone know what type of methods or techniques that can help. And please dont say drink more water or eat bananas because i tried and it doesnt work!

    If you are UK there is a over the counter tablet called Crampex which I hear is quite good, also quinine in the form of either tablets or Tonic water.
