Hey guys, I am a 22 year old guy, i weigh around 280lbs and i have decided to do something about it. I started yesterday and my question is just how many calories would i have eaten today and basically am i going about this the right way.

Today for breakfast i had an apple. For lunch i had a Tuna salad and for dinner i had 2 slices of Vegitarian pizza, I drank about 8 glasses of water during the day.

I exercised for 25-30 mins on an exercise bike and treadmill.


Around how many calories would that be? And am i going about my diet the right way?
