I am going to be joining 2 sports teams when i get back t school in a few weeks, but cant do anything(and i litteraly mean anything) after school besides the sports. My schedule is jam packed. So i am going to start healthy eating. I think i am overweigth. I am 14, weigh 130 pounds, and am 5'3-5'4.

can someboyd help make me an eatign schedule? i need to know what types of food to eat at what time fo the day.

i Start my day at 6:30ish in the morning, and end it at about 10 at night. I go to school from 8 until 4 in the afternoon. If any other info is needed please let em know. And thanks TONS for the help.
