So I have six months to lose about 70 to 80 pounds. What are your recommendations on losing that weight? Any good work outs or diets? Is it possible to lose that much in six months? I hope so, because I'm going to do it!

Also some family members and I are having this little contest to see who loses the most and the winner gets around $160, so theres the motivation.
