So the doctors cant figure this out so i want suggestions! ?

My boyfriend...has had a hip problem for about five years now. He is in severe pain daily...his hips, knees, and legs hurt! He cant jump, twist, bend, run or walk without being in pain! But hes gone to several specialists...they've done test after test, MRIs, xrays, tried diff . meds like prednezone, anti inflammatory. They all seem to think he has arthritis, brusitis, and a stunted growth plate. His legs do not get any bigger nor do they build muscle! I massage him, every night a deep hard massage and he says "it feels like the blood isnt circulating through my legs until you squeeze them." Does anyone know what this sounds like?? Doctors dont seem to know what to do or say! No one prescribes pain meds...hes suffering basically! (no pain meds becasue they dont want him addicted w/e) We've gone to every doctor/specialists around here! What next?? He doesnt want to go on SSI (disability) and no doctor will even say hes disabled...he loves to work! So...im left clueless?!?!

By the way hes never been in any type of accident and we have no idea how this was even caused??

I'm sorry, I am stumped. Maybe try a Chiropractor. It might be something structural going on. I wish you both the best. i am sure it must be very frustrating.

    The docs can't figure....

Not, mind u having the benefit of actually seeing the patient and reviewing the plethora of laboratory and imaging studies, I am at a distinct disadvantage, however, this sounds as if it may be or have at its root, a neurological disturbance. Question: Has anyone done/ordered an test called a myleogram?
A Myleogram is a test that can help the clinician make a diagnosis when the MRI or CT is non diagnostic.
There are many types of neurological processes, and your bfs symptoms ring as possibly one of them.
Mail back and let me know if this has been any help at all.

    Best wishes and Blessed be.
