so, i'm thinking about going on slim fast. You know drink 2 shakes for a meal. Just some questions though, does it have to be breakfast and lunch, can it be like breakfast and tea or whatever. Does it leave you feeling hungry, if it does, can't i just have like some fruit to fill me up. Will i put it all back on once i start eating healthy again? (don't say yes if you have no proof) How much weight do you think i would lose in 2 months. I just want to lose like a few kilos. Thanks x
