    Sugar CRASH. That's why.

Refined sugar is unnatural and bad for the body. Natural sugar from fruits will not have the same effect.

Your body is thinking that after you eat sweets or chocolate it needs to sleep. I don't drink hot chocolate or eat sweets any more. And I feel good.
