    Sleepless nights?

    I always lie down on my bed for hours in the night,thinking about this or that.It's like my brains a computer doin to many things and cant shut down.help please?

    I would say about an hour before bed turn off the electronics and maybe read a book or drink some tea for relaxation. This might help.

    Or there is this one technique that i use when all else fails. You picture a dumpster or a large trunk, then slowly through everything that you are thinking about/could think about 1 by 1 into the trunk. When everything is in there imagine closing the lid and wrapping chains around the trunk/dumpster and putting a lock on it. When it is locked push it out of "sight".
